What services do you offer?
We provide Gutter Cleaning, Roof Cleaning, Pressure Washing, Insulation Removal, general Roof Maintenance and Carpark/ Path Sweeping across Perth and surrounding suburbs.
Do you service both residential and commercial properties?
Yes. We work with homeowners, body corporates, real estate agents, and commercial property managers/ owners.
Are you insured?
Yes. We are fully insured and licensed for all services we offer, with public liability and workers’ compensation in place.
Do you provide free quotes?
Absolutely. We offer obligation-free quotes either over the phone, by email, or in person for larger jobs but there may be a fee for “in person” quotes.

How do you clean gutters?
We use a high-powered vacuum system from the ground or roof, depending on access. No ladders, no mess left behind.
How often should gutters be cleaned?
Once or twice per year—before and after the rainy season. More often if your property is near trees.
Houses in large estates with no trees can be done bi-yearly.
Do you remove debris or just vacuum it?
We remove and dispose of all gutter debris unless you prefer we leave it bagged onsite.

Can roof cleaning damage my roof?
Not if done professionally. We adjust pressure levels for tile or metal roofs and use the correct cleaning agents and procedures to avoid harm.
What’s the difference between a roof wash and roof maintenance?
A roof wash focuses on cleaning; roof maintenance includes inspections, minor repairs, and preventative upkeep.
Will cleaning remove lichen or moss stains?
Yes. We apply soft wash treatments or pressure washing depending on the severity and roof condition but both methods remove stains.
Scars left from lichen will not be removed.
Insulation Removal Help & FAQs
What type of insulation do you remove?
We remove old blow-in insulation, damaged batts, and contaminated materials due to pests, water, or mould.
How is the insulation removed?
Blow In Insulation:
We use high-powered vacuum extraction with HEPA-grade filtration to safely remove insulation without releasing dust.
Batts Insulation:
We remove them by hand

How can I book a job?
You can call us directly, fill out our website contact form, call us directly or request a call-back through social media.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept EFT, credit/debit cards, and cash. Invoices and photos are sent to all clients on completion.
Do you offer maintenance plans?
Yes. We can schedule seasonal gutter cleaning or roof checks to ensure ongoing property protection.
