what we do
Jettin’ It Done runs a Hako Citymaster 1650 — a 3.5-tonne-class compact vacuum sweeper built for exactly the spaces truck sweepers can’t reach and blowers can’t handle: footpaths, shared paths, car parks, laneways, hardstands and internal estate roads. It’s wet hire only. The machine turns up with an experienced operator, does the job, and the waste leaves with us.
We’re not a road-sweeping fleet and don’t pretend to be. If you need arterial roads swept behind a profiler, that’s truck-sweeper work. If you need a car park handover-ready, a village’s paths cleared without waking residents, or a centre’s parking swept before trade — that’s ours.

Sweeping picks up what’s loose. It doesn’t shift oil, tyre rubber or ground-in grime. When the job calls for it, we bring a 5,000 psi / 21 L/min pressure washer with a surface cleaner — and the part that matters for compliance: vacuum recovery that captures the wash water as we go, instead of flushing it into the stormwater system.
That matters because Perth’s stormwater drains discharge to soaks, wetlands and rivers. Untreated car park wash-off is a pollution incident waiting for a photo. Recovered water and sludge leave the site with us, documented.
The same industrial vacuum handles stormwater pits, side-entry pits, sumps, bunds and liquid recovery — so one contractor can sweep the surface, wash it, and clean out the drainage that catches what’s left.

Most sweeping contractors say “disposed of responsibly.” We can tell you where. Organic sweepings — leaves, sand-and-organics mix — feed our operational composting stream.
Contaminated material is documented and disposed of to licensed facilities (EMRC Red Hill).

Before sweepers and gutters, Levi, the owner spent years in industrial vacuum operations — offshore oil and gas, mines and refineries conducting catalyst recovery, tank and tanker cleaning, mechanical fitting and vacuum loading operations mostly in confined-spaces.
Inductions, permits, SWMS and site rules aren’t red tape to us; they’re the job. If your site has compliance requirements, hand them over. We’ve worked under harder ones.

FAQs
Do you dry-hire the sweeper?
No. Wet hire only — the machine comes with its operator. If you want a bare machine to run yourself, a plant-hire yard is the right call.
Can you sweep undercover or basement car parks?
Subject to clearance — machine height is 1.97m. Send us the entry height and we’ll confirm on the spot. Where the machine can’t fit, we quote the pressure-wash-and-recover method instead.
How do you control dust?
The sweeper uses circulating-water dust suppression with vacuum collection, so fine dust is captured rather than thrown into the air. It’s built to work next to shopfronts, parked cars and open windows.
Can you work outside business hours?
Yes. The machine is quiet enough for early-morning and evening work in occupied areas, which is exactly when car parks and centres are empty.
What happens to the sweepings?
Organics go to our composting stream. Contaminated material goes to licensed disposal, documented. Details are on our environmental page.
Do you sweep roads?
Internal estate roads, laneways and closed areas — yes. Arterial roads and highways — no. That’s truck-sweeper territory and we’ll tell you so upfront.
What does it cost?
Site visits from $150 + GST. Programs and multi-visit work quoted fixed. No lock-in contracts.
