Your gutter cleaning starts with an estimate based on information you supply us so that we can give you a good idea of cost.
On the day of cleaning we will vacuum all gutters, valleys and downpipes removing all waste from your roof and disposing of it off site so you don’t have to worry about anything.
During the clean, if there are any blocked downpipes that we cannot clear with the vacuum alone, we have high pressure Jetting equipment that will happily assist.
If there are any extras that you have requested like solar cleaning, whirlybird or gutter brush install, that will all be done after the gutter or gutter guard cleaning is completed.
This all depends on how many and what type to tress are around your home.
Some gutters may need to be done every 6 months (we’ll give you a loyalty discount for this).
Some gutters only need cleaning once a year.

Gutters that have not been regularly maintained and have a lot of decomposing matter will be charged at a $120/h cleaning rate booked in 15min increments after the allowed cleaning window has been exceeded.

Double story houses are between $50 – $100 more expensive depending on access to gutters.
Trees and vines that are growing into your gutters don’t only damage your gutters and roof, they are a good way for vermin to find easy access into your roof space.
With all there necessary garden maintenance equipment available, we can arrange tree pruning, chipping and mulching of all over grown plants.
The chips or mulch can then be used in your garden or we can dispose of it for you.
For downpipes that connect straight into the ground, gutter brushes are an excellent way to prevent downpipes blockages.
For anyone interested in this, supply and install is $15ea inc gst.
Gutter brushes are installed after the gutters are cleaned over the top of downpipes. The good thing about them is that when it comes to your next gutter clean, we lift them up, clean under them and then reinstall the same brush where it came from.
Using deionised water and a soft brush designed for solar panels, we gently wash away all dirt and organic build up with a final rinse after the clean to ensure a streak free finish.
If there is a build up of lichen, the clean will cost more but we will gently remove the lichen without scratching or damaging the panels.

Whitlybirds are excellent at reducing the temperature inside the roof space in summer.
This temperature equalisation helps prolong the integrity of the roof truss. If used with adequate flue from exhaust fans, this greatly helps to reduce chemical delignification caused by terracotta roofs by removing warm moist air that can condense on the bottom of cold roof tiles.
